Correct, and it is worth being plain about. Drying, mold remediation and environmental work are a different trade, and we do not do them. We do the reconstruction: the structure and the interiors that have to be rebuilt once the property is dry. Knowing which company does which part, in which order, is half of getting a water loss back on track.

The carrier determines coverage; we document what the water damaged so it can go in with the claim.
We are not a mitigation company.
For fire, water, mold or similar losses, specialized mitigation can be handled or coordinated as needed. Our role is the general contracting and reconstruction the property needs.
