Restoration

Storm damage restoration.

A tree through the roof, an opening in the structure, and water inside the house behind it. That is several trades, in the right order.

Who coordinates all of these different trades?

A storm rarely damages one thing. A tree comes through the roof, or the wind opens the structure, and then the weather gets inside and reaches the ceilings, floors and finishes behind it. That is framing, roofing, windows, siding and the whole interior, each needing to come through the house in the right order. Sequencing them is the job, and it is what a builder does that a list of separate contractors cannot.

What we do.

Full property assessment

Structure, envelope and every interior the weather reached, not only the obvious damage.

Structural repair and interiors

Framing, roofing, windows and siding, then the ceilings, floors and finishes behind them, to current code.

Documented scope

The full scope documented in XactRemodel, priced line by line.

We speak the same language as your insurance company.

Level 3 Xactimate certified estimator

We are not telling your insurer what something should cost. What the first estimate misses on a job this size usually turns up as a supplement later, so we document it up front instead. We estimate in XactRemodel, a detailed, standardized estimating model from the same software family as Xactimate, so the scope is documented and priced line by line.

And what we don't do.

So you know who to call for what.

We are not public adjusters.

The carrier determines coverage; we determine what the whole property needs and document it so it can go in with the claim.

We are not a mitigation company.

For fire, water, mold or similar losses, specialized mitigation can be handled or coordinated as needed. Our role is the general contracting and reconstruction the property needs.
