What we build
Custom kitchens.
The room the whole house runs through. Built once, built properly.
How long will we be without a kitchen?
It is the first thing everybody asks, and it is a fair question. A kitchen touches plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, worktops, flooring and finishing, and each trade has to come through in the right order. Sequencing is most of the job.
What the job involves.
Design and scope
We agree exactly what is being built before anything is ordered.
Every trade sequenced
Plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, worktops, flooring and finishing, in the right order.
Priced line by line
Estimated in XactRemodel, so you can see what each item costs.
An itemised estimate you can hold us to.
Level 3 Xactimate certified estimatorWe estimate in XactRemodel, the contractor version of the software most insurance carriers use to write claims. It carries localised pricing, labour rates, material costs, taxes, overhead and profit. You get the work priced line by line, not a number on the back of a card.
How long it takes
Most kitchens run eight to twelve weeks on site once demolition starts, and longer if walls or plumbing are moving. You get a schedule with the estimate, and we tell you when each trade is coming.
