Insurance reconstruction
Fire damage reconstruction.
We don't determine what your policy covers. We determine what it takes to rebuild it correctly.
This is the longest rebuild of the four.
A fire usually means the house cannot be lived in while it is put back together, and the damage runs further than the burnt rooms. Heat, smoke and the water used to put the fire out all reach places the fire never did. Identifying that full extent, and documenting it properly at the start, is what decides how the rest of the year goes.
What we do.
Structural assessment
We identify the structural repairs the fire made necessary.
Structure and interiors
Damaged structure repaired, interiors rebuilt to current code.
Documented scope
The full scope written in Xactimate, the platform your carrier uses.
We speak the same language as your insurance company.
Level 3 Xactimate certified estimatorWe are not telling your insurer what something should cost. We are documenting the proper scope in the platform they already use.
You will not be living there while we work
A fire almost always means living somewhere else until the house is finished. We walk the property with you early and tell you what the rebuild involves and roughly how long it runs, so you can make arrangements around a real schedule instead of a guess.
And what we don't do.
So you know who to call for what.
We are not public adjusters.
We don't determine coverage or negotiate your claim. We document what the rebuild requires.
We are not a mitigation company.
No drying, mold or environmental work. We do the reconstruction itself.
